More Secure than Email and Texts
While My Psychological Center uses Paubox to securely and safely send emails, the emails you send us do not have the same protections. Likewise, SMS text messages are not protected. While the federal government has advised that patients/clients have a right to receive health information via their preferred communication channels, including unencrypted channels like Email and Text, it is important to understand that we are still bound to HIPAA-compliance, which includes protecting your data.
With Spruce, we can provide an easy and HIPAA-compliant method to communicate with you.
